Shipping:
All orders ship 24-48 hours from the day of order, except Friday-Sunday. There
will be a $1.00 surcharge for your online orders for shipping, over and above the actual charges from the "best way" shipper, to offset the fuel cost in dropping
off your order for shipment. Sorry, but due to increased fuel cost, this is a necessary evil of business.
We will ship your glass purchase, however, we can not gaurentee that they don't get broken in transit due to negligence of the carrier. Please write in the comments section of the order if you would like us to insure them for their replacement value at a cost in addition to shipping to you.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or instore credit to be determined by management within 30 days of purchase (return shipping not included). A Return Authorization number is required. Hydroponics returns are under manufacturer warranty's.
We guarantee your satisfaction for 30 days from the day you receive your purchase. Our desire is to provide you the opportunity to shop for the highest quality products from the convenience of your home. Items not returned in original packaging with all protective wraps will be subjuct to a 15% restocking charge. Used items are not accepted for a return.
In the event that merchandise is damaged in shipment, please retain merchandise, records and all packing materials for inspection by carrier. You must file a claim against the carrier for reimbursement.
When your package arrives we want it to be better than you expected. If it is not, we want to know about it. We encourage you to contact us by e-mail or by phone to resolve any issues regarding purchases or products.
If it is necessary to return an item, please be sure to reference the invoice number so that we can take appropriate action.
Special order and close-out items cannot be returned for credit or refund. Please contact our Store Manager for return authorization.
