This certificate may be mailed to you if you would like to have the actual certificate. Send me the address and name of the recipient, using the comments section of the order, and I will enter it in our system under their name as a credit and issue the certificate(s).

Their last name, first name with the date of purchase will be entered into our system, and is how it may be redeemed without a certificate.
